145th Jamboree Scouts Depart
25th July 2011
This morning the biggest number of Scouts ever to attend a World Jamboree from the 145th departed for the 22nd World Scout Jamboree in Sweden. 4 Explorer Scouts (Martin Dunn, Angus Lauder, Nicholas Stewart and Sam Wood) and 2 Leaders (Gordon Jack and Kenneth Robertson) are part of the Clyde Jamboree Unit. Here they are pictured at Glasgow Airport this morning prior to catching their flight to Copenhagen to join the rest of the UK Contingent for their pre-event party before the cross over the sea bridge to the Jamboree site in Rinkaby, Sweden on Wednesday. You can follow their progress on the Jamboree Blog on the Clyde Region website or by clicking here
