As I type Scouts and Guides from accross the world are getting their glad-rags on for the Closing Ceremony and Disco! It's been a wonderful week full of new activities and new friends. I'm sure you're desperate to hear all of the stories from camp, but for now it's party time!

    AJ13 Day 4 blog post

    31st July

Today was a mixture of activities in the morning and a ‘Taste the Food and See the Sights’ of other countries in the afternoon.  The 145th settled on ‘Smoked Salmon and Oatcakes’ and ‘Tossing the Wellie’ to show off Scottish culture. The Swedish Unit was reckoned to be best with Caviar and non-alcoholic Wine Cordial &

    Ginger Biscuits.

Tonight there was a short Ceilidh and we are about to have a Campfire. Each unit is to lead a song and the 145th is going to do ‘Singin’ in the Rain’.

Everyone is having a great time, particularly as the sun shone most of the day.

Niall returned from his 24 hour Camp-On early this afternoon, tired but triumphant.
